EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of United States accredited Certified Nurse Midwife Program, new graduates must pass licensing exam
- Unrestricted Illinois Certified Nurse Midwife license, Illinois Controlled Substance License, Federal DEA, Illinois CNM license
- Current CPR Certification (responsible for maintaining certification)
- Spanish fluency highly desired
